Sonny Cho has extensive experience in a wide variety of businesses: telecom, tech ventures, healthcare, business services, real estate, hospitality, retail and education. Sonny is a seasoned advisor in new ventures, business acquisitions & dispositions, capital sourcing, investments and international business development.
Sonny is also an Advisor at ArcStone Securities and Investments (www.arcstoneglobalsecurities.com) and a Senior Fellow at Global Public Affairs (www.globalpublicaffairs.ca) , a national government relations and strategic communications firm in Canada.
His prior experience includes management and financial roles at Avantis Inc., Morguard Investments, Ivanhoe-Cambridge and Davnet Telecom. Sonny served on several volunteer organizations including the Board of the Ontario Place Corporation and he is currently serving as the CEO of the Canada Korea Business Council (www.ckbc.ca).
